Erin N. Camp

Career Summary

Erin is a Human Resources professional with over 15 years of experience in the field.  Erin began her HR career with Accenture, a global consulting firm, with the talent acquisition team working with both internal and external clients.  After graduating with a M.S. in Human Resources and Organizational Development, she joined McKinley, Inc., a national real estate firm, as a Human Resources Business Partner providing full HR support to multiple divisions in areas of recruitment strategy and implementation, training and development, coaching, employee relations and employee engagement.  Erin now works with small businesses to provide human resources strategy and implementation support.      

Client, Organization, and Industry Experience

Erin’s role with Accenture has provided her with experience in a large consulting environment, as well as experience with outsourcing and off-shoring activities.  As a HR business partner at McKinley, Inc., Erin gained in-depth knowledge of commercial and residential property management.  Through her additional career initiatives and consulting engagements, Erin has gained a deep understanding of various industries including the hospitality, food & beverage, non-profit and health care industries. 

Leadership Experience

Through her professional career and through volunteer activities, Erin has held diverse leadership roles.  Erin has partnered with executives and managers to provide coaching, leadership and guidance.  Erin has also been successful with connecting with and guiding employees at all levels.  Additionally, Erin held leadership roles with the EMU Student Chapter of SHRM as their President and Communications Officer.  She has also organized and led multiple volunteer events through a local Michigan State Alumni chapter.
